Liners
 SIMPLE
Flannel liners - All-in-one style liners are simplicity itself - 3 layers of flannel with snap wings.

Liners have no waterproof layer. They are soft, flexible, highly breathable, and very simple.
They are also very versatile:
everyday use as a pantyliner,  for light spotting or end-of-period very light flow, pregnancy discharge, and for that 'am I going to get my period today?' day.


HEMP

Hemp liners have all the advantages of the flannel  liners, but they are also great for thrush (Candida Albicans). Hemp is naturally antimicrobial – which means it will inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi.

(Disclaimer - these liners will not cure thrush, and appropriate treatment should be used)
